Bal Bharati Public school , RGPPL , began its journey on 17 April 2006 when an agreement was signed between the Child Education Society, New Delhi and the Ratnagiri Gas and power Pvt. Ltd (RGPPL) a joint venture of two public sector units-NTPC & GAIL and private investors .The Child Education Society, the apex body of Bal Bharati Public Schools and other institutions of higher education, was set up in the year 1944.
