The School Annual Social Day and Prize Distribution Ceremony is the most anticipated event of the year to break the monotonous schedule. It is an event which is held annually by every school to showcase and recognize students’ hidden talents. It helps students to build confidence, remove stage fear, develop personalities, and express opinions. This year, a 3 days Annual Day was celebrated by BBPS Ratnagiri from January 17 to 19, 2024 at the School Premises with three different themes “Generation Gala for Day 1, Family Harmony for Day 2 and Evolve with Education for Day 3”. In program, Day 1 was scheduled for Classes III to VI, Day 2 was scheduled for Classes Pre School to II and Day 3 was scheduled for Classes VII to X. All these programs were hosted amazingly under the guidance of Principal Mr. Surajit Chatterjee. All the teachers, students, school staffs, and parents were gathered on the same platform and have a wonderful experience together. The preparation for this big event had been started since last one and half months with class wise dance practices. The day’s events started in the morning with the teachers and students participation in stage decoration. Classes who all are performing in a particular day were remained suspended, and the other classes students were busy with their last-minute preparations. We, the school fraternity were extremely overjoyed with the valuable presence of all the dignitaries like Chief Guests Ms. Jasmine (Day 1); Mr. & Ms. Reddy, GM, KLPL; Mr. & Ms. Rao, KLPL (Day 2), Mr. & Ms. Sanjay Agarwal, CEO RGPPL; Ms. Pratibha Varale, Tehsildar, Guhagar Taluka. As decided, the program was scheduled to start at 4:30 p.m. and began with the lamp lighting by the dignitaries followed by welcome dance on the theme of ‘Krishna’s Life’. After the speeches of eminent dignitaries and Annual report of Principal Sir, the Prize distribution ceremony was held for the Academic Session of 2022-2023. The main cultural program was begun with a mesmerizing dance performance by different classes. The program was come to an end within 6:30pm by the vote of Thanks and National Anthem. Overall the program was highly appreciated by all the dignitaries and all the spectators presented there.
